Based upon almost two decades of partnership with the groundbreaking work of Michael Bungay Stanier and his approach to coach-like leadership, we help you think through the most difficult of times and gain an advantage by accelerating, and augmenting, your growth as a 21st century leader.
Executive Coaching Services & Fees
Executive coaching services are suggested for a minimum of six months for impact. However we will initially contract for a three-month introductory period if required. Pricing includes Hogan and/or EIP3 and/or 360 interviews at the outset, as determined useful. Choice of instrument(s) depends on presenting need and duration of consulting.
Executive coaching is a program, it is not an hourly service. Formal coaching meetings are suggested for twice a month. If more coaching calls are needed, they can be more frequent as the program launches or as determined by the coach and the coachee.
We recognize that need can be cyclical but recommend a minimum of two calls a month and in-person check ins (if practical) every four to five months. Formal coaching can be in-person or via phone/video depending on current circumstances (with COVID-19 and other considerations).
“Phone-a-friend” privileges are unlimited and encouraged—executives should use the coaching service to pause, reflect, spur curiosity, avoid advising, and build a habit of pausing to reflect and debrief. The JIT aspect of this program is valuable and should be used.
